This class will give you the tools to make 3 iconic gin cocktails. Even if its your first time picking up a shaker, you will leave the lesson with 3 drinks in your repertoire. You will also get a masterclass into how gin is made and the history behind gin. Below you will find the range of cocktails you can choose from. You can select 3 cocktails from the below list and then you will source the ingredients listed below so we can make them. All cocktails will be using a London Dry Gin of your choice. Cocktail 1 - Grapefruit Gin Sour Gin, Grapefruit juice, Lemon Juice, simple syrup ( equal parts sugar and water) 1 egg Recommended glass- Coupe Cocktail 2- Negroni Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth, Orange Recommended glass- Rocks Cocktail 3- Classic Dry Martini, Gin, Dry Vermouth , Lemon Recommended glass- Martini glass Cocktail 4- Southside Gin, Lime, simple syrup ( equal parts sugar and water) Mint leaves Recommended glass- coupe Cocktail 5- Corpse Reviver No. Blue Gin, Blue Curacao, Lillet blanc, lemon ( Absinthe is possible) Recommended glass- Coupe Cocktail 6- Tom Collins Gin, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Soda Water Recommended glass- Collins glass You will also need to have a cocktail shaker, bar spoon, jigger, ice, strainer.
