What you'll learn
A well-structured chess thinking system is absolutely critical for every chess player to win more games! In my online lessons, I focus on helping my students develop a well-structured chess thinking system along with training methods that will help them reduce mistakes & find strong moves while also increasing their general understanding of chess strategy. In the trial class I will cover the following specifically: 1) Explain the importance of a structured chess thinking system (at all levels of chess skill) to reduce mistakes & find strong moves quickly using 3 specific examples. 2) I will share 3 simple yet powerful tips that you can apply in your games immediately to win more! 3) I will also share what you can learn in my other classes to develop your thinking system further & become stronger at the game. This trial class is suited for beginners & intermediate chess players. I look forward to working with you to helping you win more at chess!

Beginner & Intermediate Chess Players (up to an ELO rating of ~1600)
In 2018, I became an ACO World Amateur Champion, by winning the ACO World Chess Championship event in Greece in the 1600-1800 category. I did this despite being an unrated player amongst ~80 rated players from 16 countries with a rating performance of 1991.
These 2 Chessbase India articles & YouTube video interview covers my background/experience in much greater detail. 1) https://chessbase.in/news/Ashwin_Subramanian_becomes_ACO_World_Champion 2) https://chessbase.in/news/Ashwin_Subramanian_ACO_World_Champion 3) https://youtu.be/o9KaukG99_c
What to bring
It would be very useful to have an account in any online platform such as Chess.com or LiChess.org where you've played a few games as this will help me understand your playing strength & adjust my class content accordingly.
