BEGINNERS YOGA CLASS
What you'll learn
The class will begin with a breathing exercise, to help students build endurance in the practice. We will also focus on beginners sequence which will centre on functional alignment of the body base on ones limitations and ability to go deeper in the pose. Flexibility is not required in this class. We will build up the pose step by step with safe and creative transitions. Students will be guided how to go into the pose as well as how to come out of the pose. We will gradually increase intensity once warm up is done to build strength and counter balance with moving towards flexibility sequence. The class will end in Savasana, and guided mindfulness meditation to integrate the practice deeper into the body.

2018- ERYT-500 Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher
2018- Lead Trainer for RYS200 Yoga Alliance Teachers Training
2018- Trained for 65 Hours Mysofascial Release Yin Yoga by Jo Phee
2019- Certified RYS200 Yoga Alliance School
from 2018 to present we are on our 7th Batch of RYS200 Yoga Teachers Training.
2020- Trained foe 50 hours of Flyhigh Yoga Teachers Training by Jose Luis Jimenez
2021- Founded Aerial Yoga Cebu
