I beat depression after 25 years of suffering. There is no magic bullet, but I can teach you about what worked for me and others. Are you suffering? You deserve better. You deserve a life of joy and productivity. I will teach you how to lift your depression by giving you a number of tools to use whenever you feel heavy. In my course, you will learn how to use these tools so that you can 1. turn bad days into much better days 2. move painful emotions out of your body 3. be more inspired and productive 4. improve your parenting, marriage, family relationships and friendships. 5. maintain your mental health (with minimum effort). What are some of the tools you'll learn to use? Vagus nerve stimulation, short physical exercises, vocal exercises, boundary setting, creative expression, workplace stress reduction tools, gentle yoga, special drone music for stress relief/meditation/vagus nerve stimulation, hot/cold therapy and mindset changes. Some of those may seem intimidating or difficult, but they will help you after you learn my simple, step-by-step techniques -- and you don't need them all, you can pick and choose the ones that you like best. I offer ongoing support and many resources. You deserve joy. You can do this!
