In this interactive online pasta-making class, you'll learn how to make simple pasta dough completely from scratch using only three ingredients. Together we will work on the process of dough creation and pasta rolling, cutting and shaping. We will create a classic fettuccine as well and review techniques to create farfalle and garganelle shapes. What you will need: 2 cups flour (all-purpose flour, semolina, “00” flour, whole grain, or a blend) 2 eggs 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1/2 teaspoon fine grain sea salt
