Attitude of Gratitude Workshop
Gratitude is a powerful tool -- in the spirit of Thanksgiving, we will learn how to hone our gratitude to create major shifts in our life.
What you'll learn
We will start with a short presentation on gratitude as we reflect on gratitude in our lives. We will have a group discussion on a few things you are grateful for. Bring your journal to take some notes too! Then we will talk about the head and heart coherence method for effectively bringing in more gratitude and joy into your life. We will finish with a meditation and a Q&A session.
