60-min Private Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Class
What you'll learn
We will start with a grounding meditation and gentle warm up before moving into flowing sequences where we will practice some of the key yoga postures. We will work with balance and strength before a restorative cool down section and well-deserved savasana. The class will be completely tailored to your needs, goals and level. So whether our are looking to learn the basics, advance your practice, calm your mind or energise your body, this yoga class will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

I have been practising yoga since 2014 and completed my 200hr Yoga Alliance Teaching Training in early 2018. Since then, I have taught yoga and meditation in Thailand, Cambodia, the UK. I now teach online to students worldwide, including to hundreds of people through the popular app Insight Timer.
Aside from my initial Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training, I have completed teacher training courses in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Thai Yoga Massage. I have also attended countless workshops and spent time meditating with monks here in Thailand.
