Elaine has taught yoga and conversational Mandarin classes to international students over the past 4 years.

Elaine completed a 3-year teacher apprenticeship program at the Iyengar Yoga Center of Hong Kong. She has since taught group classes at the Iyengar Yoga Center of Hong Kong and 1-1 yoga classes privately. To enhance her clients' approach to yoga practice, Elaine is also undertaking further education in nutrition coaching with the goal to be a source of knowledge to encourage more of us to approach “deep health” across multiple dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, existential, relational-social and environmental.
