In this class I will work with you 1:1 to discuss where you currently are with your nutrition and weight loss, where you might be having trouble and how we can make simple changes and steps. I will create a simple plan for you, with a nutrition workbook and plan out together how to make these changes

I am a trained teacher and have mentored women in many different areas. I have also studied the essential areas for weight loss, including the fundamental nutrition to focus on, best exercise for weight loss, mindset shifts that are vital for getting results and stress management. I have used this exact information for myself when I was struggling with my weight, and for current 1:1 clients I am working with.
