What you'll learn
Class for Adults, beginner friendly. First 30 minutes, we will be enjoying cardio through dance routines and last 15 minutes we will stretch for relaxation & improving flexibility. No prior dance experience is required. Only requirement is you enjoy moving to music.

Busy Adults who do not enjoy hard core workouts or going to the gym. Those who love to burn calories by dancing it out. Or shake it off!
Shailee has been dancing & learning dance since the age of 6. Started my formal dance training in India in Bhartanatyam (an Indian classical form) Went on to learn various western dance styles like Jazz, Belly, Contemporary, Salsa & Bachata. This helps her create fusion choreographies to Bollywood/Indian music, mixing the technique and timing of these dance forms in my melting pot. She is trained in Pedagogy as well.
